Drawing on our vast experience we are well-placed to offer advice on all aspects of your wedding reception from entertainment to table plans, dealing with other contractors and health & safety. We can point you towards trusted and reliable caterers, florists, bands, discos ... the list goes on! We don't take a commission from anyone we recommend. Our pricing is flexible to accommodate varying needs.
Mayflower Marquees Ltd. uses modular Clear Span marquees. These are the most popular type of marquees hired out by UK contractors due to their practicality. Clear Span marquees can be erected on any surface and positioned very close to buildings, trees and fences - or indeed connected to existing buildings to provide additional room. All of our structures conform to BS5438, the British Standard for fire resistance. We use only top-of-the-range equipment which is available to hire in practically any size.
Our 12-metre wide marquees are the most popular size and will accommodate from 100 to well over 300 guests for any event. Being modular in design, the marquees can be extended in 3-metre sections. Marquees are supplied with PVC side panels and attractive Georgian-style windows. All structures can be supplied with wooden flooring, carpet, chandeliers, uplighting and ivory satin linings.

These sizes do not allow for a stage, dancefloor or bar, all of which Mayflower can supply.
We can supply 6m x 4m or 12m x 4m add-on luxury tents which give ample room for a bar, food servery or even a smokers shelter.
