Available to complement our range of marquees and luxury tents, Mayflower Marquees Ltd. offers a selection of lighting options to enhance your event.
Overhead we offer 8-arm brass chandeliers fixed to the ridge bar which can be daisy-chained along a single circuit, supplied with 60W lamps and hanging chains. At ground level we offer a range of uplighters which are placed on the floor to light up the walls and the lower part of the roof. Coloured filters are available to match your scheme and the lights are daisy-chained on a single circuit. We can provide 2500W professional dimmers for the chandeliers and/or uplighters to give you complete control over the lighting levels.

Mayflower Marquees Ltd. uses modular Clear Span marquees. These are the most popular type of marquees hired out by UK contractors due to their practicality. Clear Span marquees can be erected on any surface and positioned very close to buildings, trees and fences - or indeed connected to existing buildings to provide additional room. All of our structures conform to BS5438, the British Standard for fire resistance. We use only top-of-the-range equipment which is available to hire in practically any size.
Our 12-metre wide marquees are the most popular size and will accommodate from 100 to well over 300 guests for any event. Being modular in design, the marquees can be extended in 3-metre sections. Marquees are supplied with PVC side panels and attractive Georgian-style windows. All structures can be supplied with wooden flooring, carpet, chandeliers, uplighting and ivory satin linings.
Available in a range of sizes, our luxury quality tents are ideal for covering outdoor events or work areas. Made up of linked 2m bays each with its own zipped panel, the tents may stand flush with adjoining buildings or marquees to maximise floorspace.
From 3m x 3m to 12m x 4m, our tents can set from 6 to 60 persons or are suitable for use adjacent to our marquees as bar, food servery or smoking areas.
